Maharashtra ATS on Sunday named 'encounter specialist' Sachin Vaze as the prime accused in the murder of Thane-based businessman Mansukh Hiren. Hiren's body was found in a creek on March 5 days after he was summoned by the police in connection with the Antilia bomb scare case.
Now, the Deputy Inspector General of Police (ATS) Shivdeep Lande has claimed that the Mansukh Hiren case has been solved. DIG Lande's statement comes a day after the NIA took over the probe into Hiren's death involving suspended Mumbai Police officer Sachin Vaze. Watch full bulletin.
