This is the begging cinematic for MGS2 HD on 360. I think they did a fairly good job on this HD update. I would have liked to see a remake instead, but as you can see from the video, it doesn't look too bad. The whole thing looks last gen as far as graphics, but they did a good job polishing up the visuals. The only thing that looks like complete garbage are some of the textures (most notably the building/brick textures in MGS3HD, but that's just my opinion).
