Kimchi fried rice, or Kimchi Bokkeumbap in Korean, is one the most delicious Korean food that you’ll ever eat in your life!
It’s essentially kimchi, or Korean fermented spicy cabbage, stir fried with rice and meat and topped with a delicious sunny-side up fried egg. It’s so simple to make, but the result will literally blow your taste buds out of the water!
Here's how to make it:
Pan—medium high heat.
Diced spam, green onions. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add in kimchi and stir fry for 2 minutes.
White rice and 1/3 tbsp of soy sauce for 5 minutes.

Put a plate on top. Turn over the bowl and slowly lift up.
One tbsp of sesame oil in a pan. Cook egg sunny side up.
Egg goes on top of the fried rice.
Sprinkle rice seasoning and green onions.
