RONGWIN shows you the effect of DSP laser protection device of the bending machine NC press brake
The laser safety light curtain uses a block laser transmitter through the connection of the transmitting end and the receiving end to form a block protection area for the bending tool tip to avoid danger caused by the rapid movement of the slider on the machine tool.
The protection area is fixed under the tool tip and moves synchronously with the mold, which ensures that any objects below must enter the protection area generated by the laser safety light curtain before touching the tool tip when the mold is moving at high speed. Once an obstruction (such as a worker's finger) enters the protection area of the laser safety light curtain, the laser safety light curtain will immediately send a signal and interrupt the downward movement of the slider without affecting the original speed of the machine.
