The final stage of the TCW. This was a good section, more beautiful scenery and a good downhill section near the end coming off Foel Fadian. Need to take it easy down this bit - very loose shale/slate and bit bits too. Come off here and it will hurt! Great fun to ride down though.

This was an epic 3 day adventure and a ride that all MTB'ers should have a go at. I'm claiming the title as the Worlds First person to do this route solo, in 3 days and on an e-bike and I'm taking that accolade, its mine!!

happy to share ride info, gpx files, printable maps and general info (Bike set up, kit accommodation etc), just get you email addy to me and I'll send it on. Gpx files are for Memory Maps but you can plot the route of the printable maps onto your own mapping system.

If you do this - good luck, you WILL enjoy it, Mid Wales is a hidden gem and in autumn, it is even more beautiful!!
