2024 BMW 5 Series: Plug-in hybrid or Electric Vehicle?

The new 5 Series will be more traditional, giving the middle child in BMW's non-SUV lineup a very solid-looking and stylish rear fascia.

BMW will launch the new 5 with a family of gasoline and diesel engines that meet Euro 7 standards and all have some kind of electric power. There should also be a plug-in hybrid powertrain, and there are rumors that a M Performance Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle with a total output of 565 horsepower is in the works.
