When two computers want to exchange data, TCP establishes a connection between them. Once the connection has been established and data has been sent, the connection should also be terminated
This connection implies actually Two one-way TCP sessions.
To terminate these session, TCP uses two flags of FIN and ACK from TCP header and it requires 4 steps.
First step: Client sends a segment as a request to server to terminate communication session with its FIN field set.
Second step:Server responds by sending an acknowledgement of receiving the FIN bit from Client
Third step:Server sends a segment as a request to Client to terminate communication session with its FIN field set.
Fourth step:Client responds by sending an acknowledgement of receiving the FIN bit from server
After these steps the connection between two computers is terminated.
