Bhindi Anardana is a unique, tangy and delicious recipe with pomegranate seed powder.

Ingredients
Oil 2 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Onions 1 Numbers
Ginger 1 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt 1 0
Bhindi(okra) pieces 250 Grams
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Pomegranate seed powder 1 Teaspoons
Tomatoes 1 Numbers
Coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch
Lime juice 2 Teaspoons
Directions:
1. Take some oil in a pan and when its hot add cumin seeds.
2. Add onions, ginger, turmeric, salt and cook for a minute.
3. Now add okra pieces and saute them. Let them cook for few minutes with lid on it.
4. After some time add red chilly powder, pomegranate seed powder and salt.
5. Mix it thoroughly and let it cook for a minute.
6. Add tomatoes, coriander leaves and lime juice.
7. Saute it for another 2-3 mins and switch off the flame.
