The Inov-8 F-Fly has been one of my favorite training shoes to use for workouts that include lifting and running.

Oftentimes, companies try to make "hybrid training shoes" but end up making a shoe that's sub-par in most activities. I haven't found this to be the case in the F-Fly and it's one of the first models where I've stopped in my tracks and been like, "Dang, these are sweet."

At the end of the day, I feel like the F-Fly has exceeded my expectations as a good hybrid workout shoe.

I've squatted 325 lbs, deadlifts 455 lbs, and ran 5ks in these and they've been satisfactory for all of these activities. Would I may your lifts out in these? No, but they can hold their own for most tasks.
