INGREDIENTS:
Pork Belly
Olive Oil (or Sesame Oil)
Salt
Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash your pork belly
2. Pat pork belly dry
3. poke lots of little holes on the fat side.
4. Make slits on the meat side about 1 inch apart.
5. Brush the fat side with vinegar
6. Oil and season all sides with salt and pepper
7. Wrap in tin foil fat side up
8. Air Fry for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
9. Brush fat side with oil
10. Air Fry 40 more minutes at 400 degrees
11. Let cool
12. Cut into bite sized pieces
13. Enjoy
