How to set the cable length for manual hub Interfaces.

00:04 - For this, you need the following tools:
Ruler
2mm Allen wrench
cutting pliers

00:08 - Start by turning the controller on the handlebar counterclockwise to set it to the full overdrive position.

00:15 - Guide the cables through the cable housing.

00:21 - Make sure the cable housing is fully seated in the barrel adjusters, and turn both barrel adjusters in all the way.

00:29 - The longer cable is the underdrive cable.

00:35 - Slide the cable through the underdrive cable stop.

Mount the cable stop at 120 mm from the end of the cable housing, and tighten it to 1.5 to 2 Newton meters.

00:54 - Pull the overdrive cable out, setting the controller into full underdrive.

01:00 - Slide the overdrive cable through the cable latch, set this at 114mm from the cable housing and tighten it to 1.5 to 2 Newton meters.

01:15 - Cut the underdrive cable as short as possible.

Cut the overdrive cable at the mark and tuck the remaining cable length in the pocket underneath.
