I try to find out more about a video that has plagued the internet for years. Where did it originate? What's the meaning of it? Who made it?

I spent a long time making this one doing research, scripting, making a lot of the assets as well as acquiring relevant assets as well as the editing. Over 3 weeks went into the making of this video.
