Hey everyone !
Spicy shankarpali/ tukkudi is a diamond-shaped, savory Indian snack made from flour and basic spices. This crunchy snack is made for Diwali celebrations and pairs perfectly with chai. You can literally finish them all at once, they are that addictive. Due to their long shelf life, these are usually made in bulk and weeks in advance for the Diwali celebrations and stored in airtight containers.

Ingredients-
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 tbsp rava ( semolina, sooji )
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilly powder
salt to taste
3 tsp hot oil
half cup water
oil for deep frying
