15 minute weeknight dinner recipe, try this CAPRESE BURGER ↓
•2 burgers
•2 burger buns
•2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
•1 tomato, sliced
•Fresh basil leaves
•Balsamic glaze
•2 tbsp mayo
•2 tbsp pesto
1️⃣ Cook your burgers in olive oil for 4 mins each side. In the last 2 mins, add mozzarella cheese slice on top and allow it to melt.
2️⃣Toast your buns face down on a skillet for a few mins.
3️⃣Mix together the mayo + pesto. Rub that on the bottom of the bun.
4️⃣ Add your burger, slices of tomato, basil & balsamic glaze.
