The current banner bounty festival is feature with rate up for Zoro and S-Hawk Egghead. The first character is zoro egghead, this unit is runner with light element. Overall he can be a decent runner and can give much damage to the defender when capture the treasure as he deal damage with percentage HP. What is frighten about zoro egghead is when he enter king hell mode by hit 4 times, when he in this state he can died and keep restore HP when he should be died. Next is S-Hawk he can be a good unit cause he can gain 3 times perfect dodge when he successfully landed the third hit. He can even defeat like luffy gear 5 or roger, but thanks to his skill it not much support it. This because his skill 1 is easily dodge and the animation is slow, and the second skill is charge so you need to pick the right time to release it. However when he casting the skill he can restore health. Overall this banner is decent but not must pull unless you like the character.
