Rachel Olson has been playing the cello since 4th grade, and her teacher says it’s her attention to technique that helped her get the opportunity to play at Carnegie Hall recently. “Practice is the key word, but careful practice,” said Kevin Martin, teacher. “Being thoughtful about how to approach the music.”
