I had just started in software sales in 2018 without any previous sales experience, I had worked in hourly jobs before but never a performance based career. I was tasked with prospecting into companies and trying to set meetings with prospects to may be able to benefit from my solution. My first month I was one of the worst performing reps & I thought about quitting. I was desperate so I set up time with the leader of office to gain his advice, he said you need to ask yourself if you are ALL-IN or not. This changed everything for me. I committed to controlling the one thing I could, which was my effort and decided to become the hardest working person on the team.
