Hello, hi. Hey guys, if you are watching this video it means that you're wondering, you are thinking about working with us and you're wondering who is in the team? So and there's a core team of six of us and then outside of that there are different contractors that I work with, contractors, freelancers whatever *in accordance. So of course there's myself who's doing this video, I kind of have the overlook over the business, there's a lovely lady called Rebecca who's a little bit like my number two and she is in the States, she's a mom and she is a grinder, she worked evenings, she worked weekends and she does, wow, she does all kinds of stuff to be honest with you. She would do some of the social media scheduling, she will help me, she will help me with some of the actual email launches for called email, she'll oversee some of the YouTube SEO, she'll look at the creation of the videos themselves, she will look at some of the directory listing stuff that we might do, she'll help with doing some of the email outreach, so that's Rebecca. Then we've got Melanie.

Melanie is just an amazing content writer and she does our content from time, that includes what? That includes doing white papers, you know, ten thousand word white papers, it includes doing long form blog posts, you know, 1,500 words and upwards, it includes doing short form blog posts, because we run an agency, there's tons of stuff, there's a lot for a content that she'll take and what else is there that she does? She does basically a lot of writing, she will also, she's quite handy in WordPress, if she'll do the scheduling, she will review some of the SEO elements maybe with all in one SEO or Yoast or whatever it might be and she lent her advice when she thinks, you know, something could be done better so she's really awesome like that.
