Homemade soft apple cookies are easy to make from simple ingredients! These apple biscuits are light and perfect for breakfast, daily snack or kids lunch box.
I haven’t tried more delicious cookies! You will love them!
This recipe is quick and easy to make.
When the cookies are ready, store them in a tin can or airtight container to keep them soft for several days.

Ingredients:
2 eggs (room temperature)
100g (1/2 cup or 3.5 oz) sugar
pinch of salt
100g (3.5 oz) butter (softened)
320-340g plain flour (2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups), add gradually (about 11oz)
14g (3 teaspoons) baking powder
2 apples
icings sugar

Optional: add cinnamon to icing sugar

Cup 250ml

Bake at 180*C for 20 minutes or until golden.
