Romero isn't a great Quake player (although he'll tell you different) but there's something about the way he plays that is fun to watch. Romero does a couple of things better than any player I've seen. 1) Jumping across to the grenade launcher while the platform is moving in the opposite direction and 2) Timing the walk across the moving floor. He also slows down on the steps so he doesn't make that "thud" sound every time. (something everybody should learn)." - Methos
