A tropical disturbance headed to the Caribbean will bring the possibility of major flooding. Areas of heavy rain and gusty winds will move into the Eastern Caribbean Wednesday night into Thursday. The highest rain threat will be from Dominica, south, through St. Lucia and Barbados. Isolated flooding is possibly in Trinidad and Tobago (especially southern Trinidad).
This tropical weather will move toward Jamaica and Belize late week and into the weekend.
Another strong tropical wave behind it will be monitored for development.
