This week's portrait painting video is an extended one in which I show you even more painting footage than ever before. The mission was to guide you through a Sargent master copy using the method of "direct painting" -which is likely how he painted most of his own portraits. The total painting time is about 2 hours and it's a 12x12" oil on panel.
