In this video, Susi shows you how to do reverse undulation. If you put together the reverse lower body undulation and the reverse upper body undulation, you get the reverse full body undulation. To do so, drop the pelvis down by releasing it out, then pull the pelvis back (with the pelvis still out), then tuck the pelvis in, then push the pelvis forward and drop the chest down at the same time, then lean back (with the chest still in), then lift the chest up, then push the chest forward. Smooth these 7 points out to make a wave with your body.
