Here is some of the homestead equipment we used today:

INGREDIENTS PER PINT:
1T loosely chopped cilantro
1t diced jalapeno
5-6 peppercorns
Radishes slice to 1/8 thickness
BRINE PER PINT:
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup vinegar
3T sugar
1t salt
Texture is definitely better as refrigerator pickles, but we are stocking our shelves for winter, so we water bath canned it. :)
