INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini 80g (2/3 cup) flour 2 eggs 4g (1 tsp) salt Oil for frying METHOD
Cut the zucchinis into thin strips. Add eggs, salt and flour and mix.
Shape the mixture with spoons and put them in a pan with hot oil.
Serve.
