Some people and companies were given tax cuts while other companies might soon be getting taxed more. But what do Treasurers have to keep in mind when tinkering with tax rates like this? In this prequel to last week's budget story BtN's resident treasurer gave us exclusive access as he tried to decide where to set his tax rates for this year's budget.
