I feel the same way. This video is horrible, and it's difficult to explain why. Maybe it's the way she stares directly at YOU, the vagueness of her voice, or perhaps the shock of when she collapses onto the table. In a way (and please know that I don't mean to make light of your fear, which must have been horrible), but that is what makes this piece of film really admirable.
But, if it's really troubling you, there is a behind the scenes page I found. It helped me when I was completely freaked. Hope you are OK. :)
