A long-awaited travel bubble between Hong Kong and Singapore will launch on November 22, 2020, when 200 per day people will be allowed to move quarantine-free in each direction between the cities. Details of the landmark deal were announced during press conferences held in both cities on November 11, after weeks of negotiations and assessments of how well each jurisdiction was handling the coronavirus pandemic.
