Paneer Pakoda: Ingredients

Ingredients
Paneer (cottage cheese)= 200 gm
Mint leaves= 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves= 3 tbsp
Green chillies= 2 nos
Ginger (piece inch) 1/2
Garlic cloves 3 nos
Lemon 1/2
Salt 1/3 tsp

For Batter
Besan (gram flour)= 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder= 1\2 tsp
Red chili powder=1\3 tsp
Ajwain (carom seeds)= 1\2 tsp
6 to 8 tbsp Water or as required
Salt 1\3 tsp
Oil for deep frying
