In this video we will be training to build a lean physique like Sung Jin Woo from the recently released Solo Leveling anime. Sung Jin Woo has an incredibly lean and shredded physique! His physique is very much natural and attainable. Now the exercises we're going to be doing today to attain this, are going to be based on us using our bodyweight! Weights will still work don't get me wrong but many of you guys don't have access to a gym or weights for the matter, so we're gonna keep it simple but super effective. Bodyweight training will certainly help to put on muscle and make you lean and shredded just like Sung Jin Woo.
We will be hitting all areas of the body, but putting a bigger emphasis on our chest/arms and back.
Also working our legs to build a strong and lean lower body. We have a total of 13 different bodyweight exercises to get through as well. This anime training routine is meant to be repeated for 3-4 rounds and be sure to eat healthy to get the best results. Happy training and now let's begin!
