Lyric Unlimited will present three new commissions and a new family presentation in 2015: a world-premiere klezmer opera, THE PROPERTY; a world-premiere children's opera, SECOND NATURE (in collaboration with Lincoln Park Zoo); a world-premiere mariachi opera, EL PASADO NUNCA SE TERMINA (The Past is Never Finished); and a new family presentation, THE MAGIC VICTROLA. Performances will take place at the Civic Opera House and/or in community venues.

These new presentations build on Lyric Unlimited's ongoing community engagement and education activities. Lyric Unlimited is an initiative of Lyric Opera of Chicago.
