The TB001 drone, dubbed the Twin-Tailed Scorpion, is a strike and reconnaissance unmanned air vehicle (UAV) developed by Tengoen of China to meet the requirements of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) and export customers. The TB001 drone is powered by two engines and also features twin tail being the first UAV produced in China with such feature. The new drone can stay airborne for 35 hours and travel over 3,700 miles (6,000+ kilometers) carrying both weapons and/or surveillance sensors. The TB001 UAV control system is compatible with satellite communications and can deliver the Blue Arrow LJ-7 air-to-ground missile. CASC unveiled the TB001 fixed-wing drone in September 2017.
