Russia's President is visiting central Asia on his first trip abroad since his country invaded Ukraine. On Wednesday, Vladimir Putin will join leaders of the five nations that border the Caspian Sea, at the Caspian Summit.
But first, he's in Tajikistan to meet with President Emomali Rahmon to discuss the Afghan terror threat.
