Kiren Rijiju Loses Law Ministry: On May 18, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju was shifted from the law ministry and assigned the Ministry of Earth Sciences. Kiren Rijiju has been replaced by Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal. Kiren Rijiju took charge of the law ministry in July 2021. He is a three-time Lok Sabha MP from Arunachal Pradesh. Rijiju is a law graduate from Delhi University’s Campus Law Centre.
