Hello foodies welcome to veg food manual.The season for rains has already started & with it common cold symptoms have started too.But it is not easy to go to doctor for such symptoms.So best & easy way for this is to keep our immunity strong & solve this with available home remedies.The kashaya recipe we are uploading today serves both purposes.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 tsp sugar or jaggery powder
1 tsp grated ginger
10-12 tulsi leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4th tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3/4th cup milk
