The developers of Victoria Keys say the Government will commercially finance - not fund - the major reclamation off Coaling Island.
A spokesperson for Harbour Developments Limited told GBC the company will effectively pay “one sum” to the Government, which will include the cost of reclamation, to effectively purchase 50 percent of the land created.
