After 10 months I figured it's time to talk about my impressions on the relatively new now, BFG Trail Terrain T/A all terrain tire. It's a more affordable, lighter duty cousin to the renowned KO2. It still carries the 3 peak severe winter rating and an impressive 60k mileage warranty. and in the last year (almost) it hasn't disappointed me in any way.
In my opinion it's a top contender for the light duty all terrain market and a fantastic choice for soft roaders who want to get out in the backcountry for a weekend outing. And contends with other AT tires such as the Falken Wildpeak AT trail, Nitto Nomad Grappler and General Grabber atx among others.
I purchased them through discount tire but they are also available on amazon in various sizes if you want to take them to a local shop to get mounted.
