The Vacuum pump I'm using turned out to have a bad seal and was leaking oil, I realized that after I turned the Vacuum press on however I wanted to verify there weren't any leaks. With that said, no leaks and I ordered a new vacuum pump.

Update I have a new pump with a surge tank and the pump only runs for about 20 to 30 seconds.
