This is the main speedrun category for this game. It prohibits the use of Cait Sith's 2nd Limit Break "Slots" which has the ability to win every boss fight immediately. It skips big junks of the start of CD1 and the end of CD2 and abuses Tifa's weapon "Powersoul" to deal 16 times her basic damage.

Very good early game with a 1:33:03 Midgar. Flawless Kalm segment and Zolom Skip. A little hiccup and Bottomswell but nothing too bad. Run continued to be absolutely insane(even without Right Arm) until Death Sentence where we lost a minute. Materia Keeper and Palmer were ridiculously good but i lost a minute to Demon's Gate by making a little mistake in the fight. Early CD2 was pretty average but the train and Carry Armor segments were really good. I unfortunately lost more than 1:30 minutes to the segment right after Carry Armor to Rude due to bad luck with the normal encounters and tifa not hitting. Diamond Weapon was awesome but i lost a bit of time at Hojo, still a good fight though. CD3 was also very good with 13s wait to reduce the FD from 3 to 2 encounters.
