Ingredients:
Double shot of espresso
20ml Blue Curaçao Syrup
100ml Tonic water
Ice Cubes
Cranberry Fruit
Mint Leaves
Method:
Pour a double shot of espresso into the shaker.
Add 40gms of ice cubes and shake well for 5 seconds.
Add 20ml of Blue Curacao syrup and 40gms of ice cubes to serving glasses.
Pour in 100mls of Tonic water.
Lastly, pour the iced shaken espresso into the serving glass and top with rosemary and blueberry fruit.
