Details: “Self-Help Guru and ‘80s Dance Icon S.MILES is releasing his debut music video for “Today Is the First Day of The Rest of Your Life” - the upbeat track delivering advice spoken over pulsing dance beats, synthesizers and some buttery saxophone.

S.Miles (Tim Cheeseman) and Elder Jules (Julia Goyen - Good Pash, Durry Mums) will appear live to help dance your way into better health, well-being and dental hygiene through huge tracks, laugh meditation, teeth brushing and exorcising your demons.

Dust off your self-help books for this weirdo party featuring video projections, as well as guest performances from jazzy guru Toque and legendary industrial garage freaks Terrificus.
