Matt over at ADHD whiskey issued a challenge to WhiskeyTube: What 5 whiskeys would you keep from your current collection if you could only keep 5? Though my collection is still moderate and growing, I figured I'd answer the challenge and give my picks. I think it's a good mix of dang good bourbon and bottles that mean a lot to me.
