Fixes for post-editing:
In the Four Substat Probability part, it should be 1/441 not 1/442, but uh, not too big a problem - _ -
The exact chance of getting any Artifact with only Tier 4 Substats that upgrade only one stat with Tier 4 upgrades is 3.103E-12.
Also, I found that my Goblet Substat Chance is off by a pretty significant margin. It should be 25/210, not 25/126. This in turn lowers the Aggregate Chance of a decent artifact to 0.599%.
