ROCHESTER, New York -- In case you need another reason to sleep-in tomorrow morning, a new study out of New York suggests our brain goes on a cleaning spree while we sleep.Researchers observed mice and found that cellular waste, or toxins, flowed faster out of the brains of sleeping mice. They say the same may be true for humans.Scientists say the study could help doctors come up with new ways to treat Alzheimer's disease, which is linked to a build up of toxins in the brain.
