During the winter 1992 leg of 'Touring the Great Wide Open,' the band frequently covered this JJ Cale song. Though it would become an often-played cover over the years, this leg of the tour was actually the first time the band performed this song in concert. Other notable performance come from the 1997 Fillmore run; winter 1999 shows at The Fillmore, Irving Plaza in NYC, and in Europe before the 'Echo' tour commenced in June; as well as an acoustic performance from 2005 (the audio of which is on this YouTube channel).
