Hey guys! In today's video I'm sharing with you a what I eat in a day. I take my camera around with me throughout the day and document anything I eat.
I am very passionate about nutrition and eating real, whole foods, but also very passionate about not cutting anything out, seeking balance, and really getting the most satisfaction possible out of food - intuitive eating is how I am able to do all of the above without stress! I share a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner and also 3 ways I like to use my instant pot to make healthy cooking a bit easier!
