I'm not going to lie, I've been a Reebok Nano Stan ever since the Nano 2.0's. Nike Metcon's have always been second or third place (behind NoBull, Inov8, Altra, and others.) I've used every iteration, but my goodness, the Metcon 7 is an entirely, newly built beast.
I've been using the Nike Metcon 7 since they were released in my garage gym for squats, running, kettlebell swings, burpees (yes, burpees) and other random movements.
After using them and comparing them to so many, I think I've got a new daily driver. They're also really, really good looking...
