Brixton is very multi-cultural (like lots of London), but if anything, is pre-dominantly Caribbean. It's right at the southern end of the Victoria Line (the light blue one) and is very close to central London.
I was so-so about this restaurant, Feasts liked it a bit more. But I don't think she or I will go out of our way to visit it again. The food was OK and all of that. It was just very overpriced for what it was. Both Feasts and I are happy (and have done so on many occasions) to spend more money if it's warranted, but this restaurant didn't warrant the prices. If you don't care about that, then fine, no worries, good for you.
