I am @justaptamom3679 trying to help people gain an understanding about the Parent Teacher Association. In this video, I have included a few PTA basics that may help enhance your understanding of the PTA.
Many volunteers find themselves in leadership role in the PTA unit at their school. Many times the term of this role is only 1 year. That means new people fill these positions every year. Some times volunteers will have a smooth transition into the role, and some volunteers learn as they go. Some leaders have experience in the PTA and others are new. My intentions are to cover many topics and tips that I have learned throughout the years to help unit leaders have a positive experience running their PTAs.
