Fried Fish:
Fish Fillets – 3 white fish filets, thawed

Lobster Tails:
3 Lobster Tails – cleaned and deveined tail on

Shrimp:
18 Large Shrimp – cleaned, peeled, and deveined

INGREDIENTS:
Fish Fry – Zatarain’s – Crispy Southern
Olive Oil – 1/8th cup
Water – 1/8th cup
Sea Salt – 3 tablespoons
Black Pepper – 3 tablespoons

Garnishments:
Parsley Flakes – 2 tablespoons
1 Lemon – cut in 4 slices

Cooking Instructions:

Electric Deep Fryer – Preheat to 350
Oven – Preheat to 175 – to keep food warm

Fish Filets – Fry filets for 7 minutes or until golden brown

Lobster Tails – Fry lobster tails for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown

Shrimp – Fry shrimp for 3 minutes

Sweet Potato Fries – Fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired doneness

Hand Cut Fries – Fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired doneness
